Not too sure about grand rapids, skinnytrucker and Squonk might know better. Im in the Northeast. Do you know if its a distribution center or just an end of the line terminal

@Cenutryclass I dont see the fog lights on it. I highly doubt YRC would get any extras on them. Heck at least you guys got satelite radios, I wouldnt mind that, sure beats bringing mine in everyday lol. Ive heard they are the bare mininum you can get... but whatever ill take it over the bells nd whistles the bottom feeders get

Was hoping I might could get an answer in here.

I see a job posting for YRC Freight CDL Road Driver. I can't figure out if that's an otr position or home daily. It looks like it says OT after 8 hours so I assume it's daily.

    Any insight?

Grand Rapids is a satellite terminal. They closed our term in Coldwater this year and the company asked several drivers to transfer to Grand Rapids but weren't successful in getting enough drivers to do so hence, the hiring spree. Not sure what they run there. I've only been there once. Nice bunch of guys working there. You'll do fine. Good luck and welcome brother.

That makes no sense to me at all. Road drivers are paid by the mile and city and dock employees are paid by the hour. Can you find out or be more specific? What location is this?

Could be for a shuttle position. I know Big R use to run line drivers in shuttle postions( Bloomington Ca ) , and they were paid hourly. But that was many moons ago, before the Yellow buyout.
