I dropped 27 lbs. was 200, then went back up to 220. Now I’m down to 204. Need to stay optimistic and drop another 20 lbs at least.

Talking about healthy eating as they say "we are what we eat" many of us suffer as a consequence of eating the wrong foods, I came across a wonderful book called the "The Plant Paradox" written by Dr Steven Gundry I won't say to much as then there'd be no point in reading it, but it hints at reducing our intake of foods containing high amounts of Lectins. This Doctor also has a number of Youtube video's out that the general public can watch he's amazing just a thought for drivers out there on the roads, stay healthy and stay safe on the last day of 2022. And all the best for 2023.

After, you'll be good.
I bring a day or two of fruits/veggies to orientation and pack some low sodium lentil vegetables.
OTR it's bananas, apples, whole grain bread, cabbage, broccoli, jalapeños, radish, yogurt, whole grain crackers, whole milk, sardines, organic low sodium lentil soup... tortillas, cheese.Bizzarrogeorge and Lennythedriver Thank this. -
I have a RoadPro cooker oven that somebody left on a snowy day by the fuel island. I cleaned it and it works!
I tried a Road Pro crock pot, but it heated up for an hour then went cold.
I keep rubbing alcohol and dish soap onboard for cleaning with paper towels and/or baby wipes.Attached Files:
