So here is my SAD SAD story......I went to school a ways back (Cough...MTC...Cough) and got my Class-A with Hazmat and found out the hard way that some criminal charges I had acquired from my younger days basically ruled me out of ANY chance at getting a driving job until they could be expunged which thankfully they were.

Anyways I have now been able to expunge them thankfully but in the mean time my CDL has expired and I must re-take my tests (written, vision ETC) I want to apply for some jobs but will need to take my road test over (I will be in missouri) I am wondering what my odds of getting a job with say....Hogan are if i explain i need to take my road test again??

I know hogan hires alot of students/No-Exp drivers and I am willing to stay with them for a year to get some experience and depending on how that first year goes stay or look for greener pastures in the industry.

Edit.....Since my DL expired more than 6 months ago i have to re-take the tests

You could have gotten a driving job with the criminal record; there are companies that would have hired you & still will if you get your CDL back.

    Paschall Truck Lines
    Carolina Cargo
    Martin Enterprises of the Carolinas
    Buel Inc.
    Western Express

Keep this list, in case you have any problems. With your record expunged now, you will have plenty of options available.

Check for community colleges in your area that are also third party testers. Most colleges will require you to test in their vehicles for risk mitigation and insurance purposes.
