Hello everybody. I am thinking about going through Prime, Inc. to get my CDL, but have heard several people say if you got a record it won't happen. I have had my criminal record expunged so I can legally say no.on the application. There is one case in 2001 and 2006. Also a DWI in 2007. I know the DWI will always be there, but anyone know about my luck with an expunged criminal record? Any help is Appreciated.

apply where ever you want, go from that point.
i'd call the company's you applied to at least once per week to check on the status of your application.
best of luck to yougoducks925 Thanks this. -
If your convictions were expunged, then it's like they never happened. So what's your question?
There are companies that hire convicted felons, @Chinatown can give you the list.
Prime is pretty unforgiving when it comes to criminal backgrounds.goducks925 Thanks this. -
Where is your location, so we know the hiring area you live in.
All trucking companies do drug tests.
Hair follicle can look back 12 months.
Urine companies look back 90 days.
Which do you prefer? -
I live in Bay Area, California. And for the drug tests it doesn't matter. I can pass them all.

kemosabi49 and Chinatown Thank this. -
I’ve seen some companies DUI questions posed as “have you had a DUI in the last 10 years?”..

Try these:
Jones Bros. Trucking in Missoula,Montana
Jim Palmer Trucking in Missoula,Montana
Stevens Transport trains in various states. -

You're fine with the expunged criminal record. Also, an acquaintance of mine with a criminal history has just finished training with Prime, BUT he was 100% upfront and open about it with Prime from the minute he sent in his app.
Good luck in your search.goducks925 Thanks this. -
