Now I'm not owed anything from Bill and Lauren but I know someone who is. And they haven't lifted a finger to make it right either. That's been their history. You know this. Craig if you owed someone money would you go on the Internet proclaiming that everyone had been made whole? I'm not going to sit here and watch lies like that get posted up. Could you look in the mirror every day? Some people can. Words are empty and have no meaning.
I should have quit back in 2013 when the safety ratings took a tank and some of the players like Landstar would not touch us. That was back when the "growth at any cost" virus started. There haven't been any standards they will hire any warm body. Yes there are a LOT of good drivers there but you know some bad apples got leased on also. And why? Because 25 dependable trucks that knew what they were doing wasn't enough. Have to be at 50 trucks. Have to be at 75 trucks. Have to be at 100. Have to be at 125. That's all they talk about is growth. All they care about is numbers. That growth had to happen on impossible time tables. It was forced it never came through any normal business uptick. I guess with all the mismanagement and crushing debt issues that was oNE way to deal with cash flow issues.
You know Max Trans tried what F2F does and they failed. One thing that hasn't changed since Max Trans took over. "Must grow", " must grow".... You think they hired some reject drivers in the past you ain't seen nuthin yet. Why is it some people can become self made millionaires with a couple of dozen trucks and slow growth over the course of a decade or so and others can't?Last edited: Jun 18, 2016

Max trans are they out of kentwood MI?

No, they are out of Jackson, TN. They're a small successful company that's been in business about 15 years with about 150 or so trucks, warehousing, and brokerage. They made the drivers still at the re-branded separate company "F2F Transport" whole. None of that money came from Bill & Lauren. They just brokered a deal to keep Farm2Fleet from closing the doors.
