    And managed to get 4 bags for the freezer. Woulda put 2 jalapeños in each bag, but apparently the wife thinks she will reheat those too. Guarantee she don’t. But guarantee they’ll get eaten.

    It’s been 10 days. I haven’t stepped on the scale yet, but grabbed another hole on the belt yesterday.

    Other than a handful of tortilla chips to attack the pico a couple nights ago, I’ve had nothing I’m not supposed too.

    Watched the wife eat a bowl of ice cream last night, and I didn’t lust over it. So there’s that.

    Powering on.

    When I loose 20lbs, you’ll have to eat a dozen doughnuts for me. So pace yourself.

    At home meal prepping for next week leave out Sunday.
    Chicken leg quarters, will shred and put over steamed veggies and brown rice for when I'm out all week.

    For dinner tonight the "Teeter" had Angus NY strip on sale bought 5, threw 4 in chest freezer.
    Salad, spring mix with cucumbers, ####ake mushrooms, carrots, red onions and cheese.

    Steak seared and done to medium rare with baked potato.

    Unfortunately due to my ex wife.... the kids have a white trash palate and opted for something "Processed and microwavable"

    missed out on cardio today while I changed out tranny fluid and filter on my truck.

    Will double up tomorrow on bike doing 20 miles around the neighborhood.

    At some point I will make a concentrated effort to add cardio or workout, but for now I’m purposely just concentrating on the food intake.

    I know I’m bound to hit a stall at some point, and that’s when I plan to add cardio.

    Getting your diet and intake down first is crucial. Adding cardio and light weights afterwards helps. I honestly feel better, and my grumpy ### is more pleasant to be around.
