Keep in mind, some companies ads have "experience required" when in fact they hire new cdl grads. Averitt Express is one of them. Companies like this you must ignore "experience required" and apply anyway to get the good jobs.
Some foodservice companies hire new cdl grads, but it's not on the websites. Foodservice pays well and after you complete the training phase, can make $70K.
