I backed off of suing my engine rebuilder. After time passed and I talked to some people, I decided the case wasn’t as strong as I thought. The lawyer said it was but he didn’t give me good feelings about it. I unknowingly made some mistakes about how this all shook out and it’s best I just save my money and not risk losing the case and more money.
Failed engine overhaul can I collect lost revenue?

A lawyer is going to get paid either way so they always say you have a good case. They really don’t care about you or the hardships you faced.

The question that has to be answered is why did the overhaul fail?
Was it something they did or didn't do?
WAS IT DOCUMENTED? -
I may be new at this game, but didn’t the first overhaul have some kind of warranty on it that would’ve covered the second overhaul or parts of it? Also, were you put in a loaner truck while the overhauls were taking place?
