Recently failed a pre employment UA for Covenant Transport. Tested positive for cocaine. I've never done cocaine in my life. I couldn't afford to get the split sample retested and now I am back home wondering what went wrong.
My question is, is this going to make me lose my CDL? Also how do I go about challenging the result now that the three days has passed for me to get it retested by the company? If challenging it is not possible what are my next steps.
Please do not comment if you are going to just tell me to stay away from drugs or call me a liar. Helpful posts only please and thank you.

Knew a lady who got rejected for a job on a positive Heroin test. She told them she didn't even know what the stuff looks like. Two weeks later they called her. Told her they made a mistake. Asked her if she wanted the job. She told them; no.

Beg or borrow the money for the split test. Relive it or not, it's actually the least expensive way to go if you ever want a job in a safety regulated field (Trucking just being one)
tscottme, G13Tomcat and brian991219 Thank this. -

Do a web search "challenge drug test" and see what comes up that may be applicable to your situation
