I dont mind being tracked down. And id pay a ticket if need be. But I was just hope for truthful advise not idiots trying to play jokes. I'm not paranoid. Just wanted to double check.

Ive done it up in the Northwest. It's confusing as hell sometimes. Some of them are in town, not off the interstate. One weigh station was off an intersection with the interstate service road. I saw no way in and dont remember any signs. The roads in I saw looked like exits. Drove down the road and didnt see anything. No shoulder to pull over and check google satellite. I just went on down the road. I hate Northwest weigh stations/Poe. The POEs look more like warehouses. Not a fan of those.

At the POE, if they want you to bring in your papers they will most definitely let you know. I'd say you were fine and did the right thing. -
