    Congrats to this young man. He is from Plano, not Dallas. Now to discuss the sad part. Has the education system in the US gotten so bad for the majority that 2nd or 3rd generation immigrants have become smarter than those of us who have been here for hundreds of years can't compete. They go to the same schools as our kids, but they excel.
