If you had an accident after they ceased operations you'd be driving an unregistered, unlicensed, uninsured commercial motor vehicle. Heck you're medical card might not even be valid because I think it's tied to your employer.

 

They stopped insurance premium payments on leased owner ops months ago. However were collecting for premiums.

 

You know, its a financial firm bought them and sucked all the cash and credit out and closed the door.

In its wake, Falcon leaves drivers, brokers and insurers unpaid and equipment dumped

 

Your medical card would still be valid. The company has no control over it even if they paid for it. You can work for anybody who accepts a valid card.
