This company is terrible. If your a woman, please go somewhere else. They are very sexiest there, and don't want to pull the race card. That might even be it too not sure. The guys are rude and disrespectful from the head of the training department Paul D <--however u spell his * name all the way to their trainers.
If you don't want to be in the truck with another person n get the truck dirty. Then u need not to train!!! If all u got to say is nothing but terrible things about the company then why work there? N then make my life a living hell with your miserable *? Don't nobody know how to tell the truth to you to your face. They tell u just enough bull to get u in, then wen u get there it's a whole other story. They have accidents every day and half, n this is why.
Orientation sucked- prefer me to double clutch instead of floating
Gave me a terrible evaluation. N said oh you'll be with a trainer for a month you'll get it.
Made us do bull for 12 hrs everyday in gary, in. Shuuuu like what the hell is all that about?!!
Training-a complete jerk and butthole, complain about every little thing like a female

last week of training- they so "oh your getting your own truck it's a manual.

paul g- speak to him on the phone n he says that all my evaluations was bad n my skills are not up to par for falcon company. I ask him why what they say what happen. He yelled at me and said he's already told me several times and is not going to argue with me. Lol I said to him I'm not trying to argue with u.
He said that once I get so many Ort time n miles that I can reapply with them later in the future.
i just hung up on him.

my skills ain't cut out for the company but Yall gave me my own truck n was about to have me
get out on the road by myself in a truck u never trained me in! Oh I'm sorry only one week in!!
falcon is full of a bunch of cowards. They all in the right place because don't nobody there know how to speak to anybody. Just rude n distasteful.
