That’s the top of the report. I tried deleting personal info and post whole form but I’m not that savvy with this crap. It is definitely FMCSA PSP
hope not dumb twucker Thanks this. -
I can find the link if you’d like.
Never mind, I had a reading comprehension failureSirscrapntruckalot, tscottme and LTL Bull Thank this. -
Just look the carrier's DOT number in the FCSA SMS [safety management system] and while the accident segment is supposedly not public; scroll down past all the roadsides tot he accidents and find the report number for that accident and pull out the 'summary' and examine the driver CDL number, etc. for additional ammo for your data Q as they will want all the info you can send along with any proof he was elsewhere.
Remember that PSP accidents report to both drivers in team situations but I have no idea how any CDL could be substituted as the reporting officer would examine both driver's CDL'sFullMetalJacket, hope not dumb twucker, tscottme and 1 other person Thank this. -

You have an awful lot of details about the incident. You sure you weren’t the one driving a truck.

So some clarification but also a thickening of the plot.
This is the outfit he was running for. If you go look at the carriers inspection history there were TWO separate inspections done on that carrier on 4/16/24. I had stated earlier the kid was in Corbin Kentucky the day of the accident. Indeed he was, but ended the day near Cartersville Ga. So the inspection with the accident in Atlanta is listed as well. It is Henry county Georgia and finishes at 1328. The kid actually DID get inspected that day in Bartow county Georgia at 1642! Yet PSP has his license associated with both!

The one marked 7 of 9 is valid. The one marked 6 of 9 is the one associated with the crash as it is marked post accident plus we have a copy of the first one. He and I were communicating via text message and I misunderstood he was in Corbin the entirety of 4/16/24 but his repairs were completed and he made it to north Georgia that afternoon. Ironically the inspection was for oos brakes on the trailer but that it was what he was down for in Corbin.
