Even if the judges throws it out it can still end up on a csa score and then your left with a data que challenge and good luck with that...
Someone needs to get control of these regulation and the people enforcing them arbitrarily.

Wow!!!!!!!!!That's a mighty hefty fine I had no idea I never got any log book violations but ya I would fight it depending what a lawyer would cost.

 

the lawyer will ask from $350 to 500.. standard fee here in cali.

 

Courts don't usually like to throw out the fines. They might change the tickets but not the fines.

He's stuck with csa regardless the outcome. And a lawyer might cost more for this kind of case.

Contact roadlaw or interstate lawyer. They'll know more about the regulations then a standard lawyer. They fight for truckers.

That's the WTF frightening part of all this CSA good BS. It's all opinion. Well a lot of it is. I mean bored DOT starts getting you for a seal that's weeping or a small oil leak to justify their day. This is wrong. And its scary.
