    You should have requested the 2nd more intense test..if you didn’t you need to have them do it…and contact an employment lawyer, they are the ones that handle drug test related issues.

    Don’t waste time sitting around waiting on a Data-Q resolution.

    Check your clearing house record. It should have been reported to the database by now. It will have the name of the MRO, because they are the only one who can report it
    You should have been contacted by that MRO before anything else happened.

    If the first test is positive, they should have automatically run the “B” sample. That’s the way it is supposed to work.

    You said you did a second test yourself. Was it a DOT test?
