Family Dollar/Dollar General $2,000 a day round trip

it is the absolute worst account ever. We have ran these loads for years, and we have been treated like complete #### from the brokers. They have taken away more than half of our pay. With zero notice, and zero explanation. It’s funny how they raise the prices on all the goods and blamed it on the transportation, truck drivers when it wasn’t us at all. It’s the greedy people that work in the brokers office. The stores are never ready for us, we’ve had loads sitting on our trucks for days. We don’t get compensated. It is way too many mind games to keep these loads going. Everybody is back Dooring everybody. Then the brokers ghost, you and everyone else for months on end. No one can give you a straight answer everybody acts like they’re stupid. I wish to God we would’ve never started doing these loads. I have never been so stressed out in my life and treated like such complete #### while working harder than I could ever even imagine that my body could take. They have shady dispatchers doing their dirty work for them people that live in other countries that shouldn’t even be allowed to dispatch here. Everybody’s hand is in the cookie jar. 100% these loads originate pay over $10,000 each. That is no lie. By the time the driver or the owner Operator gets paid More than 75% of the load is taken away. They will run your truck into the ground. Just ask the 10 owner operators that are getting ready to lose everything because they’ve been doing these loads for years as well and we have all been ghosted by the broker. The biggest problem other than the brokers stealing the pay is with these loads the stores don’t want to work. You will show up to the store to unload for them and they will not have enough people to grab the boxes from the bottom. This is literally a semi truck full of individual boxes on pallets that are overloaded that you have to 100% put down the bottom of your truck. The store is supposed to catch these boxes. They never have enough people because they are also treated like ####. I have never in my life ever worked so hard for the grief that these loads bring with them. If you don’t believe me, try it out, you will see. Everybody should be refusing these loads until the pay is right again and a brand new company of brokers should be brought in.
