Hey guys I have an issue with the fan coming on at 170 degrees... I recently replaced the condenser for the air conditioner and since then the fan has been coming on way too much...
any help would be appreciated... is there an adjustment?

In this heat mine kicks off and on constantly, at very short intervals.

Who charged the AC back up?
If it's too full, fan will cycle more.
Get a set of gauges on the AC and watch the high pressure reading, for when the fan kicks on.
Don't just user the goofy gauge you get on a self fill bottle of refrigerant, user the real gauges or take it somewhere that has them.
If the pressure is right, could be a bad pursue switch.

pressure switch*
There is a low side and high side. If pressure is too low, compressor doesn't run. If too high, same thing.
Sounds like you're over or undercharged. Put gauges on it.maffy95 Thanks this. -

This switch is internal in every normal healthy hetrosexual man.At that point of the clothes coming off,the ''persue switch'' kicks into high gear..At that point we need the fans to come on often.

System is either over charged or condenser does not have enough cooling capacity for the system.
