so i drive a 2012 KW T700, the motor fan used to only come on at 105 degrees, now it stays on when idling regardless of the outside temperatures. I had the solenoid replaced , topped off the coolant and still doing it....Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

In my limited knowledge, its only a few things. Fan clutch. Air leak. A/c pressure switch. solonid. Temperature sending unit.
May be more on newer trucks with more sensors and ecm

Does it still run continuous when the AC/defroster is off (sleeper and cab)? If turning off the AC stops the engine fan, then you have an issue with the climate control system as noted above. I could be wrong, but in my experience with past trucks, the fan clutch is operated with air. If the solenoid that controls the clutch air stops receiving power, the fan will remain engaged. Several reasons this could be (fuse, sensor, broken wire, etc)

Your fan never came on at temps below 105 degrees before? :)
