Call my boss today:

Me: Hey Joe, was calling you Im south of Fort Gaines.
Him: Jon thats fine well meet in the morning at 6:30.
Me: ok, what do you want me to shoot on into the yard.
Him: Yeah and well meet cliff tomorrow.
Me: Yeah Its cliff thats the big guy at HH farms right
Him: I dont know, I never met him. well get cliff up tomorrow and see what we need to do.
Me: aight, Im with ya

I feel dumb. Maybe I thought he said 7:30.

6:30 am really coming early.

 

Had a meeting at 7:00 am with boss and the other guy.

So long story, other guy is the old guy that drives local with me cept 4 the fact he is crazy. Everyday has been a struggle with that dude. Heres what happened, I went and weighed my truck at a local co op because thats what he said do and also what the boss said. So I do, my boss calls aboit the time Im weighing, I say hey good news my truck aint overweight. Hes like what who told you to weigh your truck. I say oh the other guy said weigh every tenth load. hes like f no your burning my fuel for nothing. i say hey boss im only here cause i was told to come here by the other guy. So, we have this meeting at 7 am boss says idk whats up between you guys but wtf ever it is yall better solve it. i look directlt in my bosses eyes and say nothing but shake my head yes. Bout that time other guy says gd it that mf lied i aint never said weigh no tenth load. i look at my boss and give hin the eyes like that mf lying. other fuy starts at me again that gd lie pisses me off and that mf aint nothing but a lie. So im in a jam dont want to do the old he said she said bs so i look him in the eyes again and said. troy our loader can confirm im not lying and that you said what you said. Guy gets even more pissed claims hes not gonna watch his back cause of some gd mf like me and quits... eweet victory over that lying jack ss

 

Till recently I was all excited about my new job truck driving, but lately the job has become non profitable. To sum up what has happened since I started a month ago, First week and a half went great working long days good money. Then sat a week and a half with nothing to haul. Finally got a call after the long wait worked a week, now I am setting here with nothing to do as another full week has came and the wheels have not moved.

What do I do? I dont have enough experience go to another company.
