Got emails, slammed yesterday and will be responding.
BigCowboyJohn, weight is less of an issue as long is it isn't crazy. You should be OK with that truck. I am no way shape or form a gear head. Just wondering if the 6nz is a mechanical motor.

We are also needing teams out of Nashville and Chattanooga for R/T freight. Home every other night and weekends. One of the best opportunities I have seen in a while.
We have also just closed a large account for freight in and out of Laredo. Good money on these lanes for long miles. Typically we don't see decent rates on long miles unless it is team freight but Laredo is backed up. Could be a good opportunity for someone in the San Antonio area. -

That will do!

think I'm newest here. been following bill for years and stopped in office about a month ago and he sat down and talked with met. who does that ####. but ran my first load last week and had to get back to chattanooga for dr appt. They got me a round to laredo.
i dont do this posting stuff because it is all on my phone and it is a pain in the ###. but bill did something when I started that impressed me so ill suffer.
load delivered sunday in laredo and reloaded back for wed delivery. he told kevin to splitthe load so I could get paid the first week on half the load. kevin didnt think they could but he said figure it out he wasnt having a driver go two weeks before getting paid.
I finished my paperwork in like 10 minutes but sat in this chair for almost an hour listening and he runs numbers in his head. the team will give him a load and in seconds he tells them pay to truck with fuel figured.Leftlane101, knuckledragger, BigBadBill and 1 other person Thank this. -
I've going into my third full week of driving for Bill under Covenant. Understand I was used to local work and threw myself into OTR work. The whole team is very supportive and extremely helpful. I'll run with these guys as long as they'll have me.
Bigdubber, NoCoCraig and BigBadBill Thank this. -

I was the first one to sign on a little over a month ago. Im happy with it. Office crew does a good job and the rates are good. I had one rough week, but that was due to ending up in a bad area. The only frustrating part was orientation. Ive watched things really pick up and the office fall into a good rhythm. Bill keeps working hard to land lucrative freight for us. All in all, things are looking better and better. Im happy i came here.
Disclaimer: These are my experiences and opinions. I have not been asked or instructed to give them. Iam not a recruiter, nor do i financially gain from this. I post to tell guys that opportunity is knocking.Bigdubber, cbholister, nawarra1 and 3 others Thank this. -
This is my 3rd full week running. What Pound Puppy said is spot on. I've been married to on Covenant trailer. I was the 3rd class 8 to come on. Rates are up and freight is for the most part light. Hauled 4 loads Thursday and none weighed over 12k, with 3 of them less than 4k. The freight is there and from what I see the business plan is sound. If you fail in this deal, it isn't going to be because of the company.
Home time isn't an issue either. I've had every weekend home since I started. I got a load Saturday that paid all deadhead miles, including from the receiver to my driveway!!!
I have the option to grow my fleet here and I just may at a later time. Just giving y'all my personal perspectiveBigdubber, BigBadBill and cbholister Thank this.
