    I tried the site for 2290 out thinking I would save a day and get a truck a moving a little quicker. Suppose to get stamped copy via email to print off with in minutes/hours ,but after paying for service at $40.00 the next message tells you that it might take a day or longer----false advertizing for sure.

    it happened with me too....I used an e file provider claiming that they will provide schedule 1 right after submitting form 2290 to irs and it did not happen. I had to wait for a week for my schedule 1. I wonder which are good e file providers to help me e file form 2290 next time. ne1??

    I used ez2290.com last year and had no problems, they charged $20.00 fee, planning on using them again this year.

    I used www.taxexcise.com. I think it was 29 bucks. After paying the fee and filing, I got an e-mail saying 24 to 48 hours for confirmation. I called them, told them their ad says much shorter time. They said that the 24 to 48 hour notification was only if you filed at the deadline,along with everyone else.They are real busy then. I received confirmation from IRS in about 3 hours, right after midnight.:biggrin_25514:Worked great for me. I suggest having the copy e-mailed AND faxed to you.

    My company used the services of greentax2290.com. Their services were incredible and the cheapest for only $9.77. I believe they are the cheapest in industry and moreover, we got 2290 schedule 1 within 15 minutes...Wow.....:biggrin_25519:
