    Worked for Fastenal for 2 years. Good company. but have a few growing pains. They are growing so fast they cant keep up. Mostly fastenal store deliveries so you deliver your own companies frieght like steel rods nuts and bolt heavy stuff and you do have to unload your own truck (forklift but some lifting) sometimes. Home almost every night and weekends off and holidays off. Pay is salary.

    But delivering in the middle of the night in the rain or the snow that isnt plowed. Some stores dont have a dock so its you and the forklift. Can be quite challenging.
