    Interestingly enough, saying someone has a small mind is doing just what that saying says, picking at others imperfections! Man its a bad cycle. :)

    It devolved like most threads because of people wanting to find somthing to bash on someone for when they make points that cant be argued, and more and more people get sucked into it.

    As for the weight thing...the OP posted this in like half a dozen prime threads earlier, just wanting to rant. This just became the hot topic one :)

    I completely understand that there are some that resort to finger pointing and petty immaturity when they do not get their way or do not get people to agree with what they have to say. As for the other threads that the OP started I did not know about those. Thank you for the imformation.

    Actually the OP made three threads not a half dozen. And people's desire to bash one another isn't a valid reason for ignoring the instructions of Mastertech who happens to be in administration for this forum. Heck, even I obey Mastertech.

    It really amazes me when people ignore the instructions of the mods and administration. I may not always agree with them and I may just send them a pm, but by golly we can either follow the rules of the forum or find another forum.

    So let me ask you both again: what part of Mastertech's post did the two of you not understand?

    trukngrl and simplyred1962 Thank this.

    Actually rl I myself thought it was pretty funny it was a pun and supposed to be taken just as that and nothing else. Texas-Nana, I agree completely and thank you for pointing out once again that we should watch what we say and obey forum rules.

    Id have to agree...I got a few extra pounds like most drivers do, and noone is to blame but me for "my" extra weight. But I don't whine and ##### about how unfair companies treat me if im to heavy for their criteria. These days, to be fit is critical and should have been for a long time. One has only himself/herself to blame if they are just to friggin lazy to accept responsiblity for what they eat and how much they eat. It amazes me these people just keep cramming actual "non food" items like chemical based snacks and fat rich foods and overeat these items to a point that they have packed on more weight than they could ever imagine. I really hate when driver tell me its too hard to eat right and live healthy as a truck driver, i've had to radically change not just my intake, type of intake, but my actual thinking on what I eat. Am I eating becaue im bored or because im actually hungry? I've now set myself to "fuel" my body instead of feeding it. Changed from drinking gallons of Mt. Dew to water, vegetables and non fat snacks instead of the hohos and snickers. Its hard to change, but it can be done. Drivers need to quit blaming companies for discriminating and look in the mirror and honestly ask themselves if they are really physically qualified to be a driver or not. I really think it's unfair to complain about your treatment when your stuffing your face at the all you can eat buffet and drinking soda by the gallons and snacks by the ton and then say you can't lose any weight.

    Yup, it is truly a bad cycle, TD.
    I admit that I am imperfect. I also admit that, at times, my mind is small. I TRY not to take that out on others, though.

    BAD cycle...:yes2557::biggrin_25524:

    Texas-Nana;

    I like to "Challenge" the moderator's...I think at times they "Cherry-Pick" who they want to "Scold". Ya know; if not for us (driver's and other interested folks) this board would not be so popular. I guess if I have to "Find" another forum than so be it...

    I always appreciate the interaction/comments from everyone...

    Nana, I hope you know I respect you, and apprecate your posts. If not, concider that being told as much.

    But posts like this, only serve to egg on people and continue somthing that was being dropped, or atleast, it was on my end. It is like...adding fuel, or calling someone out. You made your point the first time reiterating it is more like taunting to some people.

    But incase you wanted a awnser: "I understood it perfectly, I just refuse to allow someone to have the last word sometimes. Somthing many on this forum are guilty of, I also, enjoy correcting people who make a mistake when scolding another. somthign even you do sometimes. "

    If the question was rhetorical, please disregard my awnser.
    Though Ill probably get MORE angery comments for my awnser.
    Shall I pack my piggie with me so I can give it to you if I see you ? :)

    Texas-Nana Thanks this.
