You're in the category called, "you should loose some weight." Not because any company would set a standard saying so, but for yourself. There are medically valid reasons that will eventually lead to consequences that will impact your life in a negative way.

I am a serious bodybuilder and yes i drive a truck, but it is for a small local company.
Lets say one day i had to go otr would it affect anything being a big person?
I am 5ft 8 ins tall and weigh 235-240 pounds.
Bodyfat is 10% reason i know that is i just had my bodyfat done.
What are doing going by bodyweight??????

I do have a little bit of advice for some of you that do go for a bodyfat test, don't i repeat don't get your bodyfat tested with one of those hand held machines.
Always have the skin caliper type or even better the under water test, those machines are really messed up.

Well ... it could be the "Last" American Cowboys ... since trucking regs, recorders, and cameras will probably send all the cowboys off into the sunset ...
