My sympathies to the driver. I don't how a person would deal with the emotional aftermath of something like this.
She’s DEAD,she literally wouldn’t live to spend it.
You just deal with it. If you don't, it beats you and you spend the rest of your life carrying a load of guilt for something that isn't your fault. Substance abuse and suicide are often a result.
Talking to a counselor helps some people. Support groups are another good path.
But...deal with it. Don't turn yourself into a martyr, or another victim.
They were near st Louis and couldn't get off and pull into a gas station or Walmart or efing ANYWHERE and switch?!?! Now someone is dead.
Yeah I really don't understand why so many think parking on the shoulder for anything other than an emergency is really a good ideal. Half the time they don't even bother to put their flashers on.
