    Is that a law in Mass?? You can be cited because your tired?

    So If someone just worked a 12-14 hour shift and wants to go home to their homes/loved ones, And Appear Tired, They broke the law?

    Wow...........Might as Well start telling people what they Can Eat, Set their Thermostats at, And when they can wash their cars..

    It’s not a law, but if you fall sleep behind the wheel and it results in an accident or if you’re observed swerving you will be cited for it.Especially if said accident results in property damage, injuries, fatalities or all of the above at once.It’s happened so many times in Massachusetts that’s it’s become worse than drunk driving.
