What is your favorite brand name sleeping bag/comforter, gloves, coat, winter clothing, luxury item, etc, for winter driving? What gets you through the cold season?

Good wool socks are a must for me,.....

The only time I need a sleeping bag during the winter is when I am at the hunting camp,...The rest of the time I sleep at home,...

Oh,....I forgot to add Carhart bibs' and jacket,.....Can't go without that,...

Thanks walleye. I am leaning towards Carhartt clothing myself. Seems like their stuff is pretty durable and outdoor friendly. LL Bean looks like another good option.

Quality silk long johns are an excellent investment. Just be sure to get the least "warming" set. If you buy the weave designed for "low or zero" activity. You'll feel like you're in a sauna within 5 minutes of exerting yourself.

A high quality rain suit, is a must have in my book.
