Your payment would be about $450 a month per a $100,000 borrowed on a 30 year mortgage.

I know everyone preaches get a 15. Getting a 30 year will be easier to qualify because of the lower payment and free your credit up if you ever want to buy a second property.

Just double on your payment if you want to have the savings of a 15 year mortgage and you don’t have the payment commitment in case something happens with your income.

If you have to borrow more than 80 % of the home value you have to pay a PMI insurance.

I have been looking at Tennessee. Nice chunks of land but a bit of Meth crime.

 

Northern Michigan can be dang cold too. A fair amount of wind without any snow unless you get up into the UP of Michigan

 

My credit is over 800 . Not sure im willing to take on a 1500 dollar a month payment along with still trying to pay this truck off...plus i never owned a home, this would be my first so m not sure how the whole process works

 

It can go from 8 double ot to 6 double ot in a day... if you're not careful. I'm only 746 but.. doing a'ight.

I would hang tight until after the election and save money until than.

I’m about ready to buy a 24 foot trailer and find a park to put it in I just don’t know where yet.

If I were to lose my storage at my mother in-laws up in Michigan it would really suck.
