    I check in with them tomorrow, the ball is in thier court.

    I told them I'd like to give notice to my current employer, they said they'd want me to give notice too.

    if it was just werner I'd give a rip, but Eagle has been decent to me and I don't want to treat them that way.

    Correct me if Im wrong here but from what I gather from a few of your posts.

    1 You trained with Werner.
    2 You now work for Eagle.
    3 And now you have an app in with Crete.
    Yet you have less then a year under your bealt? If this is the case you might want to start being very carful has companies hate job hoppers for a reason.

    yep, yep, and yep. if crete will accept me I'll stay for at least 3 yrs otr

    at which time I might look for something local, but in my area OTR will definately pay more
