The worst is office personnel. They gotta be some Serial killers in there… who owe child support, might even have a DUI perhaps had their CDL license revoked… known history of abusing CDL drivers

    Do the math

That is called self-selection, for a worse abuse, see police officers, its a profession that selects for people that WANT to be in a personal position of power over others...

Actually biz management, especially at the ceo level has a significantly higher rate of psycopathy than the general public, closer to 5-6% at the ceo level

Remember that psycopathy and VIOLENT psycopathy are not the same things, while psycopathy does double your chances of being violent over not being a psycopath, the violence or doing criminal acts is NOT a prerequisite, its more to do with how they see and interact with the world.

Furthermore it is not fair to assume all people who have committed violent acts/crimes are psycopaths, there are quite a number of situations that the most likely and even logical outcome will be violence. This occurs far more often when the individual has (or percieves) almost no socioeconomic opportunity for them to advance.

The more people I meet the more I like yout cat. I don't know your cat, but he's got to be better than the 70 year old man bragging about diagram and prostitutes while waiting in line for his food.

I noticed two things about this article.

The first is the retired FBI agent spent his career in counter intelligence, not domestic crimes. So why is he talking about this? There may be a good reason but the author didn't mention it.

Secondly, this is over "decades", so at least 20 years, more likely 30. No reliable inferences can be drawn over such a time frame. Trends yes, but that's it.

A final thought - how many crimes are blamed on a "mysterious stranger"/"drifter"/"gypsy " are really committed by a family member or friend who is trying to deflect their own guilt? How many cops just take the simple route after the basic investigation goes no where?
