Hi there I have a ISX CM870, getting fault code 2359, EGR Diff Pressure sensor ... I saw possible cause for this being a damaged turbo control shutoff valve, and I just installed one of these a few weeks back, also did the exhaust gas pressure sensor a while before that, wondering if I could have a faulty TCSV, or just clogged pressure sensor tubes...

ok so I found the sensor tubes, 3 of em, cleaned em out, one was completely clogged, others very dirty, still got the same fault code, also cleaned the exhaust gas pressure sensor, that was a bit filthy too. do I need to replace the EGR diff. pressure sensor now you figure?

Did you clear the code or is it still active? A few other things could cause the 2359 code, but if that was the only code logged, i would bet on just the tubes being plugged up. Make sure you look where the tubes go into the EGR pipe that those little ports arent plugged with soot. If the code is still active with everything clear, you could try plugging in a new EGR diff pressure sensor and see if it goes away, could also be the wiring to the sensor.
