That’s good! I hope it all works out for you in the long run. It’s kind of a double edged sword we play cat and mouse with the Olathe law a lot running end dump, but when it goes the other way, they are good to have on your side for a change!

 

I think the reason his insurance company is wanting to settle without a fight is the cam footage and it wouldn't be good press for the owner of a company doing multi million dollar commercial work doing hit and runs and lieing about it .

Those are probably rentals cranes that get billed Bach to the customer. They are probably sub contractors for the contracting company possibly. Just a guess
