FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

Ya, my KW did the very same thing at Crete, NE. Stopped, shut down to talk to the guard, and stayed right there. Guard wasn’t happy but didn’t want to help me push the Truck off to the side either.

Towed back to CB and they fixed whatever it was.

 

Mars, Columbia, SC is doing the same thing. I’ve been trying to do the Keto/Low Carb thing so that Snickers and Starburst were quite the treat… lol

back on the wagon… tomorrow.

 

Well, my turn to call the fine Gentlemen in Breakdown.

(BTW, anyone at Corp dipping in to our conversations here, tell Breakdown they are AWESOME!!!)

Driving along and started to hear what sounded like a fan noise coming from under the bunk. Turned the back AC off/on to see if that had any impact. Nope.

Close enough for time to take a 30 so I stopped at a Rest Area for lunch and see if I could make heads or tails if it.

So it was still making a sound but was more of a hissing now than a fan noise. Either it’s getting worse or just more noticeable now.

Called Mathew and he had me do a few things. Air was already below 100 psi and seemed to be holding. Had me pump the breaks to see if that would reset anything once it was fully empty but nope.

So they called the local shop to come visit me.

Again, if our Corp Overlords are dipping in, while it’s never fun to breakdown on the road, our guys back in Fremont are always on their game and they get us taken care of about as smooth as any driver could ask for.

so, back to making lunch… later

 

Theirs not a company out there that doesn't listen in they got a lot at stake.

 

Incase anyone doesn't know everybody in the office plum down to the shop can read messages sent and received on the omnitracs. And the app. So if you ever need to fuss about something just call your DM. Or be like me and don't care who reads my messages LOL.

While nothing is perfect on this side of the sod, FCC is filled with just dang good people working together for everyone’s benefit.

They have been very good to me even though I'm a bit of a outlaw.

 

Welp settings in the dock here in hereford TX, will see how this go's. Haven't been to this place in a couple year's.
