I worked with a guy that lived in Armstrong at Cummins. He did all the pump/injector work....Big Jeff, can't recall his last name. But he had an old KRL1000 that was so heavy he had to put new wheels on it every 2 years or so.

As a former line mechanic I ALWAYS left the plastic seat cover and paper floormat(s) in the vehicle when I was done so the customer knew I tried my best to keep everything clean and because I'm a bit of a neat freak myself.

I'm not trying to be confrontational here, just honest. Why bring FCC into this? It is your truck and you should've known exactly what this Extended Warranty activation involved and didn't involve. I understand they have dealt with this before I'm sure, but ultimately it isn't their responsibility to know what your warranty contract states.

I read an article recently about UAW workers and was shocked what they made. If I read correctly, they have actually gone backwards in pay. I'm sure some of this is due to previous contracts with lifetime medical benefits and the cost of insurance now since our gubment got their paws in it. I don't hate on anybody wanting more, especially automakers that have shifted so much production to foreign lands for the shareholders benefit.

2008-2009 uaw in spring hill TN during the last recession workers were making $27-34 an hour at Saturn and then when they reopened it after it was closed awhile started paying at $16-18 an hour except for the rehires from before. All the new workers had no clue of the starting pay previously.

I think he's complaining because he was told he was supposed to get a oil change and didn't and his truck left dirty like that. I'd be upset too especially waiting several days not making any money.

I understand being mad about the condition they returned the truck in, I'd be mad too. I just don't think FCC is responsible for knowing what work will be performed on a truck they don't own.

Semantics. He's not in a company truck, isn't paid as a company driver and has his name on the door.
