FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

Fm came thru for me. I left the house on wed so i decided to stay out this wknd. While i was doing my drop at chewy in dallas yesterday he sent a preplan pallet load to omaha for monday. He then called with a plan for the wknd. Go ahead and grab the pallet load and take it to the new dallas drop then today grab a load off the yard and drop it in palestine then run over to waller for a preloaded trl going to des moines and waterloo on monday.

 

In the southeast region I have only touched SW Virginia coming back from doing pallet loads to IA/NE. I run GA to FLA primarily. No northeast at all. Will see if the miles hold up during the winter. Still glad to be running below the bad weather. Been slow during the holidays back home yesterday after just two days out but needed to be home b4 new years.

 

Well i kinda made my last stop get a little upset. I showed up in waterloo what i thought was 2.5 hrs early only to be told, after another guy told me to put it in a dock, that they were closing in 20 min and cant unload me til wed. I pulled up, closed the doors then called my fm. He called back saying they agreed to unload me. I thought he would figured something out since i already had 2 preplans. Getting loaded now in tama ia then drop it in council bluffs then bobtail to the lincoln yard for a load to okc. Snowing good here.

 

Where is the new Dallas drop yard?

 

About a mile south of ta. T/L on cleveland its on the left. Its a new truck repair shop. We have about 10 spaces there.

 

Hope its better than the old Dallas yard. It could be a hitch sometimes getting in and out of.
