Came out of the house Monday picked up a broker load from Dothan, Alabama going up to Cedar Rapids. Bounced down to Quincy, Illinois and picked up a load going to Omaha.

From there I went over to Lincoln and grabbed a two stop dealer load going to Colorado. I kicked those off yesterday and deadheaded back to Lincoln to grab another dealer load going out to Kalispell, Montana for Tuesday. Then I will bounce all the way back to Lincoln empty. One thing for sure these dealer loads are good to increase the MPG average for the week.

I’m headed up your way @runningman0661 with a load of fertilizer first of the week, Jay Florida. Looks to be a cool little town, I have a cousin who lives up in Milton, as a lifelong resident of central Florida, it’s great to see little communities like that still thriving while keeping that small town feel. Central to south Florida has become all but unliveable for residents like me.

Made it home but the empty I picked up at Clayton will need some love. Something got into the bottom rail and did a number on it. It also has a little bit of daylight peeking through where some caulk has dried out and shrunk that will need a touch up. Breakdown is supposed to call Monday.

It’s a good place to drive and good folks in every department.

You are in a good location for hometime too. I’ve been driving I80/90 a few times recently so you are on one of our main lanes.

Hometime shouldn’t be a problem and might even be able to get the occasional swing by the house too.

keep us posted when you decide to come on board and many guys here are more than willing to answer any questions you might have.

    cdavis188 Thanks this.

Ran my load of retail honey out to York PA then grabbed a load of bolts going to Joliet. Grabbed a load of BS/FS Tires and heading back to the Greater Omaha Area for Live Unload at 0500 Monday morning. I guess we can park on the street so I’ll shut down on site ready for them to show up.

Pretty light driving the last couple days but that’s ok since I’m still on recap, I’ll push another six hours into the next three days or so.

RTO in Lincoln this coming weekend and I’ll get the reset then.

    stay safe

Hey everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I have been in the thick of it now for about 6 weeks so I wanted to update my story.
I really wanted to post this for people looking into Fremont so they had a heads up.
I personally am pretty happy here. I am doing really well on miles that being said I push hard. Here are my miles
Out of orientation and headed home 740 miles
    1st full week 3091
    2nd full week 4072
    3rd full week 2947 and a service
    4th full week 3184
    5th week 1093 with 5 days off and a 3 stop Kawasaki.
I feel like thats about as good as it gets, an average of 3323 a week on full weeks out. I hope this helps anyone thinking about Fcc. I do have a few hang ups here and there, but hopefully these concerns will iron themselves out.
Stay safe and keep your own time ticking.

Threw in the towel at the Dallas drop yard. I’m not used to staying up this late, let alone driving this late. The past couple nights i’ve gone to sleep around 8 or 9 pm. I’m an early riser, not a vampire. The only consolation is that my 10 will be up after morning rush hour. Now if you’ll excuse me I’m gonna go pass out in the bunk now
