FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

I will be recapping this week, so for the next two days my hours blow. I will be reloading tomorrow near Sacramento going back to South Sioux City, Nebraska.

 

So I finally met Cowpie, AKA Cliff. He was the one that answered several questions, before I decided to come to FCC. Cliff, it was a pleasure to finally meet you.

So I dropped in Sioux City this afternoon, and will be picking up a pre loaded trailer in the a.m. Going out to Seattle for Monday. I need to swing down to our yard in Fremont in the morning to get the water pump replaced in my APU.

 

Went to the yard and had my APU repaired, did laundry, showered, and picked up my 3rd quarter bonus. Before taxes it was $1257.32. The bonus here is easily achievable.

I can't express how happy I am here. People in the shop and office know you by your name, and some guy who I don't know from Adam, addressed me by my first name. The freight lanes are a perfect fit for me, no complaints here.

 

Pick it up in safety, if you ask they would probably mail it.

 

So I delivered in Seattle, and made two pick ups, one in Tacoma, and Kent. I have been recapping for two weeks, and on this load the first stop is in Perrysburg, Ohio, and the final stop in Dundee, Michigan. The only problem is that with the hours I am getting back I wouldn't make it to Perrysburg before close of business Friday. So instead of sitting on the load all weekend, I will be dropping it in our Council Bluffs yard Friday Morning.

 

After dropping this load at the yard tomorrow, I will bounce over to Omaha and pick up a pre loaded trailer going to Connecticut for Monday.
