The mechanic came out to my Truck saying...

Him: “the gentleman that did your road test (sorry I can’t remember his name) turned in two issues for your Truck”

Me: “Yes but one is just a nick/chip in the windshield and it’s not in my normal line of sight so not a big deal.”

    Him: “It will be fixed”

    Me... (with mouth gapping open)

So ... who are the KW Drivers in this thread?

I can’t get the windshield “washer” to work... the wipers work no problem... on the turn signal lever there are the normal left/right... wiper controls... brights... etc... there is also a “ring” that pushes in and I feel that is possibly the washer controls but it does nothing.

Do I have the right switch and it’s just not working or focusing on the wrong thing all together?

    thanks in advance

Also... again for our KW Drivers...
(Or any one familiar with our KWs)

on my Volvo there was an “auto” setting on the engine brakes that when driving downhill and you went 3-4 mph beyond the cruise setting, it would automatically tap the engine brake to slow you up a bit, thus controlling ones descent.

on this KW, if I have cruise set and I come up behind a slower driver it will automatically match my speed to that vehicle.

but downhill it just lets me roll... and yes, I’m fairly sure Safety will be contacting me first thing tomorrow morning... lol

is there such a “slow him up going down hill” setting on the KWs engine breaks and I’m just missing it or not a feature and so I’ll be adjusting my driving skills to accommodate?

    again, thanks

    The “button” not the “ring”???

so what does the ring do?

I might have two switches not working.
(Yes, there is fluid in the washer reservoir... I think... no, I checked... lol)

I am assuming you have a 2020 kw. Mine is a 2019 and doesn't have the"smart cruise" lane departure warning or the "surprise" brake when it senses a car cutting you off I forget what its called. I have none of that shiznet. But they told me my next truck would definitely have it.
