Left the house this morning at 0200 and deadheaded 346 miles to Lebanon, Tn. to pick up a load going to Milwaukee for tomorrow at 0900. After I deliver that, I will bounce back down to Woodbridge, Illinois to pick up a preloaded trailer going to Sioux Falls, SD for Friday morning.

    Hey runningman0661...
I haven't read all of the pages yet, still on 1st page. But, wanted to know if you have any info on the LP at FCC? Specifically, will they let an LP who lives in OK run in the Central Regional (TX, OK, KS, NE)? And any info, or another contact person you know, on the truth of their LP program.

    Thanks!

I have looked into it and may switch to it in jan. Has to be a company driver for 90 days and get the ok from all the depts. Trucks will have around 250k miles to lease. Truck pymt is about 565 wk and includes everything on the truck.centramatics frame box and chains. You can run in any div if its offered where you live. I live in okla and will be on the sw regional.

    runningman0661 Thanks this.

    Hey 2055,
Thanks for the info. $565 a week is basically $2430 a month on the 4.3 week per month calculation. A used truck, 250K, hmmmmmm..... maybe. So, forgive my ignorance, but what is centramatics frame box? What about warranty? How much is the truck insurance, Qualcomm, or other weekly expenses? And... because I have torn another tendon in my arm, I will have to have an automatic (unfortunately) if I want to lessen the chance of another surgery down the road. Do they have auto trucks, and if so, are they Volvo 780's, or what?

That price also includes the apu, forgot to put that in there. Centramatics kinda looks like a round tube inside the rim between the rim and hub that balances the tire while u drive. Only have it on the steers here though and the frame box is basically a aluminum box mounted behind the cab in the frame. Its where the fluids and tire chains are kept. Price does include the extended warranty. Does have to get a oil sample at 495k or so to activate it. I do have a auto and when i do the purchase i will get anouther auto. Most of our volvos are midroof 730 and would prefer the volvo but far as i know the program is only on freightliner. I will try for the volvo first but probably get a cascadia.

And it's too bad they don't have the Volvo 780... a much nicer O/O equipped truck.... :(

I got it. I will forward it when i get to the house in about an hr. We have some 780s but they are team trucks. I will try for a 780 or 730 if not i will try for a cascadia condo but im thinking i will end up with a midroof. It will be a white auto truck though. Lease trucks also get turned up to 75mph and pet policy. I know a guy here thats doing it and loves it. He is the one that got me interested in the lease purchase here.
