Yup, they are also making some slight changes to the quarterly safety bonus. Everything stays the same basically except there are more performance incentives for those who run more miles really looking forward to the next bonus check now!

Can you share any details? Seems like everyone is raising pay, it’s about time.

It is different for OTR and Regional, but for SW Regional it is a $0.01 per mile raise but this doesn't affect the yearly review for the $0.01 raise at your anniversary date so if your anniversary date is coming up you can still get that $0.01 raise also. As for the safety bonus, two of the different criteria for the bonus I can't remember which ones, but anyways they are now eligible for a 1/2 Cent increase each depending on the miles you run. You still have to run a minimum of 30,000 miles per quarter, but if you run 32000 you can be eligible for an extra half cent each up to one full cent, and if you run 34,000 miles you are eligible for an additional half cent for each criteria. I know that all sounds pretty convoluted, but basically if you meet all the previously required criteria but run 34,000 miles in the quarter you can be eligible for up to $0.06 per mile on the safety bonus now instead of the previous 4 cents. If you run 32000 miles in the quarter you could be eligible for up to $0.05 instead of the current 4 cents.

That is for company drivers anyways, I'm sure it's probably different for owner Ops and Lease operators
