How much drop and hook realistically? I know I could read the whole thread to get the answer I'm sure and again just wanna hear it from the drivers. What are the main customers?

Shops are, in my opinion, EXCELLENT here!!!
If you call to schedule your 8k, they will turn you around pretty quickly. If it’s going to be a longer stay due to more scheduled items needing to be done to your truck, ive been given a heads up before showing up that it will take longer. There are a couple company cars available to run quick errands Etc while you wait on your Truck too.
And there are nice showers and washer/dryers available at each Shop, so you can still be a bit productive with your down time too.
I’ve said it before, the Shops treat the Drivers as if we are the ones writing the checks. Friendly, keep you in the loop on issues, willing to answer your questions, etc.
The Shops take pretty good care of our equipment which means fewer issues OTR. I’ve had a few things happen OTR, you can’t avoid them completely but they are normally minor issues. The Shops touch the Trucks every 8k and Trailers every 8 weeks. (Although in one of the newer Driver Testimonies on YouTube he says every 3 months which I think is more realistic at times)cdavis188 Thanks this. -
They will try very hard to match the freight to your driving preferences so that you are running when you are at your best. Doesn’t always happen but they do try. If you run nights, they will set you up to run those hours.
Run what they give you and communicate with your DM and you will find your rhythm. There is also no need to be confrontational with the Office like at other places. They will probably tell you in Orientation that they will never yell at you, and they expect the same professionalism in return.
When are you scheduled to come on?
