Four areas covering things like safety, out of route miles, on time delivery, following the fuel plans they provide, etc. all based on total miles for the quarter and then increasing for higher levels of miles obtained.
Nothing outrageous… basically do the job they give you and run the way they need you to run and you get the bonus. Easy.
I think most everyone gets it. If you run decent miles per day at all you should easily get the bonus.
I’ve maxed out the bonus here each quarter with the one exception when my truck was down for two weeks and even then I got the base 4 CPM bonus and only missed out on the extra 2 cpm for the higher miles level.
so ya, if a driver can get the base bonus after missing two weeks of actual driving, it’s totally obtainable.dwells40 Thanks this. -

Ok ty Midwest. The elogs what kind do you use and the bols is it transflow or another method? Also I'm assuming you get paid every week via direct deposit?Would it be unheard of to make 100 k or more working 48 of 50 weeks just wanna see what some of the drivers would say to this.

Qualcomm/omnitracs for elogs
For submitting paperwork I use the TRANSFLO App but they will provide you an in cab scanners if you prefer that method. (I returned my scanner as I never used it)

If I remember correctly, and I could be totally wrong, you’ve been here a few times with lots of detailed questions… and it’s always possibly and down the way a bit.
At some point one needs to pull the trigger. It’s a good place to work with great people at all levels and I rarely hear a cross word from any driver here which says a lot.
so ya, the waters fine,
It’s time to jump on in.
so… are you coming on board???cdavis188, BigR, popcorn169 and 1 other person Thank this. -
cdavis188, ncmickey, MidWest_MacDaddy and 1 other person Thank this.

I hear ya Midwest next week I'd say .70 percent drop and hook and a dry van and going west has kinda sold me to be honest. Let me ask you how many drop yards are there besides council bluffs and Fremont terminals. I know about KC but are there others?
