Still busy on SWR, maybe that's why I haven't been to KC in a couple weeks. I heard it would be a little slower with the new Mars in Clayton taking some of the loads that used to come out of Lancaster, I'm guessing that's why. But knowing FCC, I'm sure they'll get something else lined up to keep you busy before long

Does anyone have any gossip on what’s goin on in Fremont? I was talkin to a driver today that comes down to KC he said people in the office are quitting in droves. The recruiter I worked with quit, and I think he had been there for some time. And then he rattled off a bunch of other people i either don’t know or don’t remember from orientation.

I know a couple people are retiring such as our fine Safety Lady and another lady in the Safety area moved/retired to weekends night dispatch.

I heard one of the DMs shifted to HR but that might be the second lady’s position that was in the Safety area I mentioned above.

Other than that, I haven’t heard of anything major.

Yea see that’s what had crossed my mind. I think people are retiring and switching departments and he’s misconstruing it as people quitting.

 

You know how it goes with truck drivers and gossip though, one person could quit and that turns into everybody is leaving, a mass Exodus LOL

 

Haha bingo. One person retiring got worked into an office walkout in the drivers head from Fremont to KC.
