FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

@FlexinTarzan, most of those questions were answered in my very first post. As far as loads going East and West once I come out of the house and get into Nebraska I would say about 70% of my loads head West. Coming of f the West coast I come to the mid west, rinse and repeat. I'm on the long haul fleet, and living in the Carolinas I have to stay out a minimum of three weeks. Sometimes I stay out four weeks, and this round I'm staying out a total of 6 weeks, because I'm taking a weeks vacation in mid August. D/head is kept very low, I would say my average is under 100 miles.

 

Got both of my stops off yesterday, this morning I went down to Aberdeen, Md. to pick up a preloaded trailer going to University Park, Illinois for a drop for whenever I can get it there. I'm bumping up against my 70, so after I drop this load I will go up to our drop yard in Romeoville, Illinois to pick up a trailer going to London, Ky. for Monday afternoon. Finished the week with 3077 miles.

 

Where did you pick the trailer up at? We can use loves for those issues as well, and 9 times out of 10 they faster if the Petro is that backed up

 

That sucks, I have picked up there in Aurora, had a trailer with two flat spotted tires, thought I would swing by the Loves and scale it and check to are if the shop was busy. They got me in and out in an hour. I would call tomorrow and ask to be compensated for the downtime for getting the repairs made. The worse they can say is no.

Got my stop off today in London, Ky. before payroll cutoff. Dead heading 245 miles (my longest dhead since being here) to Versailles, Indiana pick up a preloaded trailer going up to Blaire, Nebraska for a drop on that end as well. My truck is over due for a grease and lube service, so after dropping in Blaire I will swing by the terminal to get that knocked out.
