    No doubt Big Don, Washington could screw up putting on velcro sneakers. On the other hand, the airwaves belong to us so some sort of inexpensive access where we are only charged for the actual overhead of the equipment and maintenance would be perfectly fair. Problem is the government is incompetent and not capable of running a program or network even this simple. I shudder at the thought of IT tech support run by the gov.
