    Driver Information
    [HR][/HR]Driver Qualifications


    • Minimum age: 23 years
    • Must have CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
    • Able to be DOT certified
    • No more than 2 accidents in last 3 years
    • No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
    • No convictions ever for DWI, DUI, felony, or any drug related offense
    Experience


    • Experienced Road Drivers: Must have a minimum of 1 1/2 years verifiable over the road experience with a regulated carrier
    • Trainees: To qualify as a Trainee, the applicant must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school, and possess a class A CDL

    • Tanker Division: Mostly 6000 gallon s/s vacuum tanks
    • Roll Off Divison: Mostly tri-axle trailers
    Compensation


    • Starting mileage: 30.0 to 35.0 cpm depending on experience, review after 6 months
    • Starting hourly: $10.00 per hour, review annually
    • Daily Allowance: 4 cpm ($20.00 per 24 hour period)
    • Safety/Performance bonus: .02 cpm
    • Load/unload: $25 per stop. Hourly rate after two hours
    • Layover pay: 8 hours of your hourly rate per day after first 24 hours
    • Holiday pay: hourly rate
    • Most of our drivers are home at least 35 weekends per year

    I agree pay looks bad I thought they paid better than that. I wouldn't drive for them. By talking to their drivers when I did tankers you would of thought they were making 100k.
