Fed Ex missed is exit

Light traffic. I've got a bus about to overtake me, other than that I can't see a set of headlights in my mirror.

Fed Ex obviously missed his exit and decided to make use of the 'authorized vehicles only' cross over to make a uturn on the interstate. Couldn't wait for the only two oncoming vehicles to go by though, smh.

The grey dog got in behind him, not sure if he was taking down info to call it in or just didn't want to be ahead of him.
