Fedex Freight, I recommend them even if you are a newer driver.

Well thats good news to me. My TDT school trained us on 10 speeds and I kind of took to it like a duck to water. I hope they huring up with the hiring process though. I am getting bored not working and likely to just take the first decent job I get an offer for. Anyone have any experience with how long it takes to get a call?

Did you apply online? I don't remember, but I think it took no more than 2 weeks for someone from HR to call me and schedule an interview with operations manager. Good luck

They are always hiring in my area for drivers and apprentice. Are they that busy or short on drivers?

Not the guy that delivered to us months ago. Said they had a tight shop, everyone knew their job and would help cover if someone was out for a day. Terminal manager left them alone since their numbers were good and getting good customer comments. Also making good money.

Took 3 weeks for my first contact with them. Took 3 months total to start working. Have a spotless MVR and background too.

Be patient it’ll be well with it.

Do you happen to know how far back they look on your mvr? I only have 1 ticket (a bogus failure to yield that would have been dropped if i fought it) that is 6 years ago, but i have some other stuff that is 11 and 15 years old. I already have an interview with holland, going to take the job if they offer it to me. I dont think i can afford to not work for another 3 months.

I would take the first job offer that came available that was a good gig. No need in waiting for FXF to hire someone wjen they are ready. If you can find an OD barn in your area that's hiring jump on it. That's where you'll make the $$$.

I don’t know how far back they go specifically, but I remember the paperwork that I was signing authorizing the pull mentioning 3 years for some reason. I may be wrong. Just disclose it. In the meanwhile if Holland offered a job I’d take it but still pursue FXF, the long run will be much better at FXF I’d say.
