    Yeah, I'm guessing there was no lock and they used a box cutter to remove the seal. Two seconds of effort or just plain thinking would eliminate so many errors in these articles. Sad thing is, it had to get by at least the editor like that too.

    Something doesnt add up in OP post. The driver gets knocked off the step of the fuel tank and ends up under the truck after collision? No. If the driver was standing away from the truck you could get knocked under. Yet standing on a fuel tank at collision? Your likely to be on top of the vehicle with crushed ankles.

    RIP driver.

    Article says the driver was on the side steps-which suggests he may have been hit while next to the drivers side door. Knocking him under the truck is plausible (in particular near or into the driver side wheel well). Either way,not a good way to go!

    Why? He wasn’t impaired as the article states. Says charges are pending. There is always charges in accidental death. Could have been going 5 mph over and still get a charge. #### happens but don’t jump to conclusions like that. I’m sure the kid is tore up about it.
